Safe in Your Body -April 2025 Activation

Feeling anxious, worried, or stressed about circumstances outside of your control? Use this meditation to tune into your body to create safety, presence and focus to navigate through daily uncertainty. By being present in your body in the now you open yourself to receiving guidance, wisdom, and peace.

Bring a journal, water, and headphones as you tune in for 30 minutes where you won’t be disturbed.  Let yourself be freed of what’s no longer serving your highest good!  You can release the vibrational patterns of the past through energetic presence now.
