Tune into You: Your Relationship with Money, Worth & What’s Possible
Tune Into YOU:
Your Relationship with Money, Worth & What’s Possible
What if the thing standing between you and the life you really want isn’t a lack of money, time, confidence, or opportunity, but something happening within you that makes it difficult to feel safe enough to go after it?
You know that feeling. There’s something you want to change. A business you want to build, a career you want to leave, a bigger opportunity you want to pursue, a boundary you want to set, or a version of yourself you’re ready to step into.
You can see the possibility. You may even know exactly what you need to do. And yet, something keeps pulling you back.
You tell yourself to be responsible. To wait until you have more saved. To make sure everyone else is okay first. To get a little more prepared. To not rock the boat.
And before you know it, another year has passed.
I’ve spent years working with people at all stages of their careers, lives, and financial journeys, from those navigating unemployment to executives earning seven figures. And one question consistently emerges:
Who am I if I’m not earning, achieving, providing, or proving my worth?
It’s fascinating how much our relationship with money can reveal about our relationship with ourselves.
Money represents more than what we can buy. It can represent safety, freedom, independence, identity, power, belonging, and choice. And because our sense of security is so intertwined with money, it’s easy to confuse having enough with BEING enough.
We chase more, earn more, achieve more, and keep moving the goalpost, hoping that eventually we’ll feel secure, worthy, and free.
But what if the work isn’t just about having more? What if it’s about understanding what’s happening within you that makes it so difficult to feel like you already have enough to trust yourself, make a change, and create what you want?
Join me for Tune Into YOU, a free, 60-minute experiential session where we’ll use your relationship with money as a doorway into understanding your inner world.
Together, we’ll explore where money lives in your body, what emotions and beliefs come up around having, earning, spending, and receiving money, and how those patterns might be influencing the choices you’re making in your everyday life.
What we’ll explore together
- The energy of money: How our experiences, conditioning, and beliefs shape our relationship with money, safety, and worthiness.
- Your internal patterns: What happens in your body when you think about having more, spending, receiving, asking for what you want, or taking a risk?
- The nervous system connection: Why something can feel unsafe even when we consciously know it’s what we want, and how our internal responses can influence our decisions.
- A guided somatic visualization: An opportunity to slow down, tune into your body, and notice what’s happening beneath the surface.
- Reflection & journaling: Space to explore what you’ve uncovered and consider where these patterns might be showing up in your life.
You’ll leave with:
- A deeper awareness of your relationship with money and what it might be revealing about your relationship with yourself.
- Insight into the fears, beliefs, or protective patterns that may be influencing your decisions.
- An opportunity to experience what it feels like to shift out of scarcity and into a more grounded sense of your own worth, power, and capability.
- A little more clarity about what might be holding you back from the change you know you’re ready to make.
A little about the experience
This isn’t a webinar or another hour of information to consume. There are no slides, no five-step plans, and nothing you need to fix.
It’s an intentional space to pause, get curious, and listen to yourself in a different way.
Bring a journal, find a comfortable and quiet space, and give yourself permission to be fully present. You can have your camera on or off, sit upright or lie down, and participate in whatever way feels right for you.
You don’t need to have your finances figured out. You don’t need to be an expert in meditation. And you certainly don’t need to have it all together.
Just come as you are.
Because perhaps the next chapter of your life doesn’t require you to work harder, earn more, or become someone else.
Perhaps it starts with learning to trust the person you already are.
