Resistance to “what is” often holds us back from receiving guidance, trust, and inner peace. When we resist what is, we push against the current. When we surrender and allow ourselves to be present with what is, no matter what we’re feeling, we make space for it to move through or pass by. Just like the ocean waves, we can ride the current of emotions without pushing against the tide if we’re just willing to be with (instead of fight) the moment.
Bring a journal, water, and headphones as you tune in for 30 minutes where you won’t be disturbed. Let yourself be freed of what’s no longer serving your highest good! You can release the vibrational patterns of the past through energetic presence now.
